What types of scorecards can your printer produce?

Our scorecards are proudly manufactured in the USA, and we offer a variety of scorecards tailored for different types of golf, including traditional golf, disc golf, mini golf, foot golf, and simulator golf. As a standard feature, all of our scorecards come with rounded corners for a polished look.

Can I customize the design of my scorecards?

Yes, of course! We are excited to help you bring your unique vision to life. Simply download our template and art preparation guide, and follow the instructions to prepare your artwork.

What is the minimum order quantity for printed scorecards?

We have a minimum order quantity of just 100 cards but we can meet the demand of popular courses using many more than that. This makes us a perfect fit for temporary scorecards, course renovations, special events, or tournaments. 

What types of stocks are used for printing?

We offer three high-quality, hand-picked in-house stocks to ensure the best results.

  • Our #80 dull cover provides an excellent print surface with easy writability.
  • Our 12pt C1S (coated one side) cover delivers a premium print surface for vibrant images and photos, with added durability thanks to the coating.
  • Our 80# smooth premium cover offers vivid colors and an ultra-smooth feel for a standout finish.

How long does it take to receive my order after placing it?

Once you approve your digital proof, our production time is typically 3-5 business days. Shipping is done via ground or standard USPS from Bend, Oregon 97702.

Can I see a proof before my scorecards are printed?

Yes, absolutely! We will provide a digital proof for your approval before moving into production. If you notice any errors or have questions, simply reject the proof and leave comments with your instructions. We will create a revised proof for you to review.

Is there a discount for bulk volume?

Yes! If you have different scorecards for player types or tee combinations, we can provide a bulk discount as long as the scorecards are the same size. The discount applies to the total number of scorecards ordered.

What formats do you accept for submitted designs?

While we accept a range of file formats, we recommend using Adobe Illustrator (.ai) to ensure that your art files can be quickly and efficiently processed by our prepress department.

What if I need to make changes to my order after it's been placed?

We understand that changes may be needed. Please email us at orders@scorecardsforgolf.com with your order number and details about the changes you'd like to make. We will confirm receipt and provide assistance as soon as possible.

Is there a warranty or guarantee on the printed scorecards?
